Fees

Certainty in your affairs. Certainty about fees.

Thoughtful estate planning starts with understanding what matters to you and what you want to protect. Our fees are fixed and agreed upfront, so you know where you stand before work begins.

    How to start

    1. Free 20-minute call

By phone or video. No cost, no obligation, nothing to prepare. We work out what you need and whether we are the right fit. It is not legal advice.

    2. Strategy meeting, $880 including GST

About an hour with Rachael on your circumstances. The $880 fee is credited towards your plan if you proceed.

    3. Fixed-fee plan

A fixed quote follows. Once you accept it, we draft your documents and book the signing meeting.

    Your strategy meeting

Your strategy meeting is with Rachael Rofe, Principal.

Many clients we meet already have a will. Few have a plan. Some have neither, which is more common than people admit and easily fixed.

The gaps are usually in what the will does not control. Who takes over the family trust. Where the super goes, and how much tax comes out of it on the way. Whether an inheritance survives a child's divorce. What happens in a blended family when the first partner dies.

The strategy meeting finds those gaps. We look at what you have built, who you want to provide for and the arrangements already in place, and test them against what you want to happen. You leave knowing what your estate plan needs, why, and what the work will cost. A fixed-fee quote follows.

The strategy meeting is $880 including GST. It is a working session with an experienced estate planning lawyer, not a sales conversation. The $880 fee is credited towards your plan if you proceed. It is not charged on top of your quote. If you do not proceed, it covers the meeting and the advice provided. There is no obligation to go ahead.
